to inspire inclusion we must first recognize that we are wildly diverse, and acknowledge we all have a different story, different abilities, different backgrounds, and a different life path. It is important to recognize that not everyone has the same confidence or ability to speak up. We all have different ways of preferred communication, and acknowledging that will make others feel more to open up.

I think I am still learning myself every day, but definitely I think I contribute by sharing my experience and hope that way someone can get inspired and learn that it’s ok to not be ok all the time .
