In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its Regulations and other applicable regulations (the "Personal Data Legislation"), this Privacy Notice is issued with the purpose of informing the general conditions of the treatment of personal data that are known by the company called "HERMANAS EARTH S.A.P.I DE C.V." (hereinafter "HERMANAS" or "We", indistinctly).
For the better understanding and comprehension of this Privacy Notice, it shall be understood and defined as:
● Privacy Notice: This is the present document, which in physical, electronic or any other format generated is made available to you as the owner of personal data, prior to the processing of the same, in accordance with the Personal Data Legislation.
● HERMANAS Community: An open Whatsapp community space, administered by HERMANASavailable to women all over the world by a simple invitation from a friend.
● HERMANAS Partners: Companies and brands that Hermanas enters in collaboration with. Such partnerships may entail mutual benefits, either through a free collaboration or by reaching a specific agreement, with fees determined on a case-by-case basis.
● HERMANAS Website: A public website available to all, where the information regarding the company, the community, the private Mycelium, the Housing Communities, and the membership is communicated.
● HERMANAS Mycelium: A private platform, available exclusively to women who successfully pass the Application Process and pay an annual Membership fee.
● Application Process: Our application process consists of a comprehensive questionnaire carefully crafted to gather both personal and professional information from all applicants. The primary objective behind this data collection is to gain a profound understanding of you, both as an individual and as a skilled professional.
Upon successful acceptance into our community, the information provided in the application form will be thoughtfully displayed on our exclusive Mycelium. However, if you wish to limit the displayed information, please follow the instructions of Clause III of the present document.
● Membership: The membership entails an annual subscription fee, payable by successful applicants for accessing the Mycelium. Members retain the autonomy to determine whether they wish to renew their subscription on a yearly basis. The membership cost will be made available to customers in a visible and easily accessible space for constant consultation. It is important to note that Hermanas reserves the right to modify the membership price, with prior notification to the user.
● HERMANAS Housing Communities: Private WhatsApp Communities, administered by HERMANAS, available exclusively to women who successfully provide the required information and pay a one-time entry fee to Hermanas.
● Personal data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
● Sensitive personal data: Personal data that affects the most intimate sphere of its owner, or whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the owner. In particular, are considered sensitive those that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, present and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, sexual preference.

HERMANAS is committed to ensuring the responsible and secure handling of your personal data as the owner of such information ("You," the "Owner," or "User"). We engage in the processing of your data, encompassing its collection, reception, utilization, and storage (hereinafter referred to as "Processing").
The information we gather from you serves several vital purposes, enabling us to enhance your experience and interactions with HERMANAS. We use the information collected to: i) Assess your Application Process, enabling us to make well-informed decisions regarding granting access to the Hermanas Mycelium; ii) For applicants who receive approval for membership, we employ the collected information to monitor you access to the Hermanas Mycelium; iii) Evaluate your interactions with the HERMANAS Community. iv) For participants to the Housing Communities, we may verify the collected information to make well-informed decisions regarding granting access to the Hermanas Housing Communities.
The purposes for which HERMANAS will use your personal data are as follows:
Primary Purposes:
● To know and evaluate your interests and preferences in order to verify if your profile matches the values and professional visions of HERMANAS.
● Identify you as a participant to the Hermanas Housing Communities.
● Identify you as an applicant to Membership and to the HERMANAS Mycelium.
● Eventually, identify you as a member of the HERMANAS Mycelium.
● Once you have been accepted into the HERMANAS Mycelium, to learn and assess your interests and preferences and thereby provide personalized experiences.
● Once you have been accepted into the HERMANAS Mycelium, to share your appropriate and personalized profile with other members of the HERMANAS Mycelium so that they may learn about you, including your contact information.
● Provide products and / or services of HERMANAS, as well as the fulfillment of the relationship between you and HERMANAS.
Secondary Purposes:
● To conduct follow-up on your application to the HERMANAS Membership.
● Conduct satisfaction surveys of HERMANAS Membership.
● To carry out statistical exercises of the products and/or services of HERMANAS.
● Carry out marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting plans and programs regarding the Membership, as well as other products and/or services of HERMANAS.
● Conduct professional or scientific research for technological development with the objective of improving the Membership, the Digital Platforms, the products and/or services offered by HERMANAS.
● Conduct training and development programs for the digital Platforms, products and/or services of HERMANAS.
● Protect the intellectual property rights and other rights of HERMANAS.
● Administer and improve the products and/or services offered and/or marketed by HERMANAS.
● To evaluate the quality of the Membership, as well as the products and/or services of HERMANAS.
● In order for HERMANAS to comply with the legal provisions applicable to us in relation to the benefits, products and/or services provided by HERMANAS.
WHAT INFORMATION DOES HERMANAS COLLECT?
For the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice, HERMANAS may collect your personal data in different ways, such as: i) When you provide information directly to HERMANAS, in any physical or electronic means; ii) When you use the products and / or services of HERMANAS, and; iii) When HERMANAS obtains information through other sources permitted by law.
In that sense, HERMANAS uses the following data:

a) Identification data such as: full name and/or preferred name; place(s) where you live; where you are from and/or what culture you identify with; what industry you are in; profile picture

c) Professional data: Linked In profile, website of your project (if applicable); your interests; questions about your profession, such as: how do you think you can contribute to the community; what you feel you are an expert in and could advise to the community on; If you would like to mentor in any area of expertise.
d) Financial and patrimonial data such as: bank accounts, bank statements, among others.
Sensitive personal data:
a) Racial or ethnic origin, such as: where you are from and/or what culture you identify with, among others.
b) Religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, such as: Talking about a time where you’ve been unconventional in life, and how did that impact you or others?; What piece of advice would you give your younger self and other young women?; How do you express yourself creatively?; What causes do you feel most inspired about and want to help or support in? and why? Sharing a project, leader, and/or muse (up to 3) that inspire you and why?
HERMANAS may receive, use and store sensitive personal data from you, to evaluate your application to the Mycelium and Housing Communities of HERMANAS. In the process of applying for Membership or Housing Communities, you are free to provide the information, as well as your sensitive personal data in the form, manner and extent that you prefer.
If you have applied for the Membership and have been accepted, Hermanas will collect the following listed personal data for display in the HERMANAS Mycelium:

b) Last name
c) Where do you live most of the time?
d) If you live in more than one place, please inform the second place where you spend the most time in.
e) Where are you from and/or what culture do you identify with
f) What industry are you in?
g) Instagram.
h) Linkedin.
i) Website of your project (if applicable).
j) Profile picture.
k) How do you embrace diversity and/or unconventionality?
l) What piece of advice would you give your younger self and other young women?
m) How do you express yourself creatively?
n) How do you think you can contribute to the community? What do you feel you are an expert in and could give advice to the community on? Would you like to mentor in any area of expertise?
o) What are you interested in?
p) What causes do you feel most inspired about and want to help or support in? and why?
q) Share a project, leader, and/or muse (up to 3) that inspire you and why
If you have registered to the Hermanas Housing Communities, Hermanas will collect the following listed personal data, that will be kept private :
a) First name
b) Last name
c) Email
d) WhatsApp number
e) Do you identify as a women
f) Are you a real estate agent
g) Copy of an official identification document (Passport, ID, drivers license, etc.)
Consequently, by accepting this Privacy Notice, you express your knowledge that you will share with HERMANAS your sensitive personal data and therefore give your consent for HERMANAS to use them exclusively for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Notice.
Likewise, by accepting this Privacy Notice, you acknowledge that you may know personal data of members of the HERMANAS Community, HERMANAS Partners, and HERMANAS Mycelium, Hermanas Housing Communities, as well as other persons. In that sense you agree to treat them in accordance with applicable law.
III. OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA.

● To third party acquirers, derived from a corporate restructuring of one of the Controllers, including, merger, consolidation, sale, liquidation or transfer of assets, when the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a relationship between such Controller and the Data Subject.
● Compliance with law and law enforcement requests, and protection of our rights. We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that we are required to do so by law or in response to a subpoena, court order or other lawful mechanism. We may also disclose your information when we believe in good faith that such disclosure may prevent fraud or abuse of HERMANAS, its Products, its Services or its Users, or protect our proprietary rights.

This Privacy Notice may undergo modifications, changes or updates derived from new legal requirements, from the needs of HERMANAS, the Membership, the products and/or services offered, from our practices, programs or privacy policies, from changes in our business model or from other causes.
