How do I become a member of the Mycelium?To become a member, complete the membership application form. Our team will review your application to ensure alignment with our values and mission. Once approved, you will be charged your annual fee, and then receive an onboarding email to access the Mycelium and start enjoying the benefits.

Is there a membership fee?Yes, the Mycelium offers an inclusive contribution model with four tiers to suit different life stages and financial capacities: ASPIRE: $0 — For women facing financial challenges but eager to grow and support the community. RISE: 2,000MX/year (≈$100) — For women advancing in their journey, contributing within their capacity. THRIVE: 4,000MX/year (≈$200) — For women fully engaging with and contributing to the community. INSPIRE: 6,000MX/year (≈$300) — For women who want to enrich their journey while funding grants for others. Choose the tier that aligns with your needs and helps support our collective mission.

What type of payment methods do you accept?We accept any type of card payments, Google Pay and Apply Pay. For the moment we do not accept any other payment methods such as PayPal or others.

How do I cancel my mycelium membership?To cancel your annual membership, notify Hermanas via email at least one month before the subscription ends. Include your full name and send the request to mycelium@hermanas.earth with the subject "Subscription Cancellation Request." Cancellations after the notice period will result in automatic renewal. To read more about our cancellation policy see clause EIGHTH in our Terms and Conditions (”Cancelation and Refund").

How long does it take for me to be let in the Housing Communities?During weekdays it takes up to 24h to be approved. During the weekends it can take up to 48h to be approved.

How do I access Housing Communities as a Mycelium member?As a Mycelium member you are granted direct access to the Housing Communities. Please go to the Mycelium, make sure you are logged in and from the menu bar navigate to ‘WhatsApp Groups’.

How do I use the Housing Communities?Hermanas Housing Communities are hosted on WhatsApp Communities. There are four regional Housing Communities: Europe, USA & Canada, LATAM, APAC, Middle East, Africa. You have the option to choose between local (one community) or global (all communities). Each Community is further structured by location (city / area). EUROPE: Amsterdam, Athens, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Ibiza, Istanbul, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Mallorca, Milan, Paris, Porto. USA & CANADA: Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, Montreal, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver, Washington DC. How do I access Housing Communities?Once, you have successfully submitted your application form and processed your payment: you will receive an email with the subject ‘Welcome to Hermanas Housing’ you can access the pollen dashboard. Please request access to the WhatsApp Communities using the access links in the email. You will be accepted within 24h.

What happens if my location is not listed?Within each Hermanas Housing Community, you can request to open new group in the location of your choice. If it suits the needs of the community in this region, this new group will be opened. Please keep in mind that new groups are slower in the beginning. If you are interested in sharing about housing in a region close to a specific city or area, you’re invited to post in that group. If you are interested in being part of activating a new group as an ambassador, get in contact with us HERE to recieve a special offer for your community.

What happens if I leave a group for a specific location?You can at any time enter, leave and rejoin any location within your selected region. Leaving one location will not remove you from the general Hermanas Housing Community.

How can I engage in the Housing Communities?The communities are designed for sharing housing opportunities and discussing anything related to accommodations in a friendly, trustworthy, and efficient way. Here, you can find, rent, exchange, sell, and swap housing, as well as share recommendations on all things housing-related. All participants are encouraged to follow the Housing Ethos & Guidelines, which aim to make housing safer, easier, and more accessible for women worldwide. In these spaces, we are all sisters, treating each other with care and respect.

What happens if my location is not listed?Within each Hermanas Housing Community, you can request to open new group in the location of your choice. If it suits the needs of the community in this region, this new group will be open. If you are interested in communicating about accommodation that is close to a specific city or area, you’re invited to post in that group.

What happens if I leave a group for a specific location?At any time you can enter, leave and rejoin any group within the same Hermans Housing Community. This will not remove you from the general Hermanas Housing Community of the specific region you have joined.

How can I engage in the Housing Communities?The communities are to share opportunities and talk about anything related to housing, in a friendly, trustworthy and efficient manner. There you can find, rent, exchange, sell, swap accommodations, as well as share recommendations for anything housing related. Each participant is asked to follow the Housing Ethos & Guidelines, designed to make housing easier, safer and more accessible for women globally. In these spaces, we’re all friends of friends, sisters who treat each other as such.

Can I access all WhatsApp groups with my Pollen membership?Yes, as a Pollen member you automatically also have a SEED membership and can enjoy the Hermanas WhatsApp groups by going to our Seed dashboard.

If I am not yet ready to join Pollen, are all other groups still available and free to use/access?Yes. You can enjoy the Hermanas groups by going to our SEED membership.

Do you offer refunds?Refunds for annual subscription fees are only available within 24 hours of payment. A processing fee will be deducted. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued, but members can still enjoy benefits until the end of the subscription term.
