I’m a heartist, adventurer who loves a bit of everyday magic – a free spirit with a wild and fearless soul who refuses to live an ordinary life. In my day to day life I merge the ancient wisdom and modern science through transpersonal coaching, psychedelic therapy and other holistic modalities. I like to use my skills to make a positive impact on the world - to bring value to the planet and make a difference in the lives of others.
HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?
I embrace diversity and unconventionality by fostering an environment of open-mindedness and respect for differing perspectives. I actively seek out opportunities to learn from diverse cultures, recognising the wealth of knowledge that comes from embracing different traditions and ways of thinking. In both my personal and professional life, I strive to create inclusive spaces where everyone's uniqueness is not only acknowledged but celebrated.
HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?
Expressing myself creatively is a deeply embodied experience for me. I find profound connection and emotional release through the art of free-flow dance and movement. When I allow my body to move freely, it becomes a canvas for the expression of my innermost feelings. This embodiment practice is my sacred space where I can fully embrace and honor the sensations within.
HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?
I believe I can contribute to the Hermanas community by sharing my insights as a Trauma-Informed Transpersonal Coach and energy practitioner. I am well-versed in creating a healing environment through love, forgiveness, and acceptance, helping others release the chains of past traumas.
