Curiosity, play, and presence are at the heart of everything I do. Whether through storytelling, breathwork, or taking my teddy bears out on the town.
I invite people to reconnect with themselves in unconventional ways—and to question how they react to the unexpected. My work blends creative expression, nervous system attunement, and a deep appreciation for the weird and wonderful. I help people find a sense of home within themselves—reminding them to breathe, to play, and to embrace the parts of themselves they once thought were too weird to show.

Unconventionality isn’t something I embrace—it’s who I am. I’ve never fit into traditional spaces, and I’ve learned that’s a strength. I invite others to question the rules they’ve inherited, explore the edges of their own experience, and make space for what feels true to them—even (or especially) if it doesn’t fit the mold.
