I believe magic happens when women come together through movement and wellness practices. My passion is to continue to create spaces and experiences for women to truly connect, inspire and support one another in an organic way. I have spent the majority of my career (9+ years) in the startup space, forging brand partnerships and producing wellness events for brands, teams and talent in the industry and through my consulting agency, Tana Wellness. In this next chapter of my life I am looking to continue to grow by learning more about corporate wellness, coaching and event production in order to grow my personal mission of connecting women through movement and wellness.
Having grown up in the US but also being a first generation immigrant, being open to other cultures and having the curiousity to learn about others has been instilled in me since a young age. I have been lucky to have traveled throughout the US, Europe and parts of Asia where I've met unique individuals from all over the world. I believe those experiences have grown my curiousity in learning about others and what they are personally creating, building and passionate about and I only continue to meet others all over the world.
