I’m a Yoga Teacher, Coach, and Freelance Media Buyer in Marketing – a mix that allows me to live a life full of freedom, creativity, and connection.
My favorite thing in the world? Hosting women’s retreats on sailing boats in Greece and Mallorca. It’s the perfect blend of adventure, connection, and inner work – the best of both worlds.
I’m passionate about supporting women to go after their dreams and take the next bold step toward the life they truly want. My work combines yoga, marketing mentoring, Reiki, meditation, embodiment practices, and more – creating spaces where women feel safe, seen, and inspired to grow.
I’m truly passionate about supporting people in their uniqueness and actively embracing diversity. To me, diversity means not just accepting different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives but staying curious and creating space for everyone. I celebrate unconventionality by consciously seeking out fresh ideas and alternative paths, whether in my personal or professional life. I believe it’s exactly this diversity of viewpoints and ideas that drives our growth, and I find it enriching to work together toward a world where everyone can be their authentic selves.
