The greatest contribution you can make to the collective comes from the embodiment of one's true spirit. It is the pursuit of this embodiment in collaboration with source that guides me on my path. In my work, I support others in finding their way to their truest expression, with the knowledge that their highest path is guided by deep listening to the heart.
I practice this work in combination with my own spiritual practice of sailing. I have lived on my sailboat for the last 6 years. In 2021, I sailed from the San Francisco Bay Area to the West Coast of Mexico. I spend much of my time sailing the coastal waters here and traveling elsewhere overland.
The revelatory discovery of my life has been learning to let go of how I should be so I could embrace who I am. I have spent many years in pain, suffering, depression and addiction caused from trying to be someone I am not and fit in to a society that is sick. My healing has come from allowing myself to let go of rules and conditioning and agreements that prevented me from knowing and expressing who I am. What we have to contribute comes from following the call of our hearts. The courage to follow that call leads us to a life we craft for our own pleasure in collaboration with source. Following the call of my heart has led me to a paradise beyond my own comprehension or design. As a spiritual counselor and sailor, I live on the ocean, develop my own spiritual practice, do meaningful work, play, commune with nature, experience magic and support others in attuning to their own spirit.
