Through integrating verbal, somatic and visual art practices, we engage both sides of the brain and access our subconscious in new ways. This approach to improv. and manual arts will refocus us on process, as opposed to outcome, opening more opportunities to experiment, build self-trust, and explore our creative potential. The Club runs for 6 weeks from 7-9pm on Tuesdays in Campo de Ourique.
The Club is open to all, regardless of previous creative or arts experience.
