If you require any modifications to your previously submitted event, kindly reach out to us at hermanas@hermanas.earth. Please include the specific changes you wish to make, along with the original event's name and your contact information, as initially provided during registration.
QUALITY AND UNIQUENESS
Quality and Uniqueness: We value events of the highest quality, showcasing uniqueness in content, format, or purpose. Aim to offer an experience that stands out and leaves a lasting impression.
RELEVANCE AND IMPACT
Events should align with our vision of personal growth, empowerment, and support for women. Prioritize content that helps move the conversation forward and makes an impact, either on ourselves, others, or the planet in general.
INCLUSIVITY AND RESPECT
Events should be aligned with values of respect, inclusivity, positive interactions and spaces where attendees feel welcome and valued, regardless of background, beliefs, or identities.
AUTHENTICITY AND INTEGRITY
All submissions should authentically represent the content, purpose, and intent of the events. We appreciate transparent and honest descriptions that ensure a genuine experience for all.
VISUAL APPEAL
Enhance the visual appeal of your project submission. Include high-quality images that effectively convey the essence and uniqueness of your initiative.
LIMITED AND UNLIMITED SUBMISSIONS
Members enjoy the privilege of submitting an unlimited number of events to the calendar, as long as they respect the ethos and guidelines. Non-members have to submit their events through a quick form, and will be reviewed by the Hermanas team before being uploaded, to maintain the quality of our curation.
CURATION
The Hermanas team takes pride in curating events that resonate with our values. Through this process, we maintain a high standard of quality on the calendar, creating a space filled with memorable and impactful experiences.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
We don’t love last-minute event submissions or changes, and unfortunately, we can’t accept same-day ones. Here’s why: we want everyone to have enough time to discover and dive into the amazing events on our collaborative calendar. Plus, we need a little time to review each submission ourselves internally. But hey, here’s the great part – members can upload as many events as they like, and they’ll show up on the calendar instantly!
