HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?

I think being unconventional is a state of being, nothing one only goes through at specific times. It comes from introspection, understanding that the common path that is suggested by society does not fit oneself. It lives from self-trust and audacity. So with me I think this shined through at certain moments in my life and the art that I create, its the opinions that I voice through them. Diversity is the natural consequence of a society that deeply undestands and lives those perspectives, it is inclusive of the whole spectrum of life.

HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?

I work full time in digital art, creative coding and immersive experiences. Leveraging technology for creative expression gives infinite possibilities. So being creative is part of my job, so it is sometimes difficult to not make it a forced act. This is when I turn to different mediums - drawing, painting, sculpting, anything that requires my hands to work with the medium directly, it grounds me.

HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?

I am very knowledgeable in digital art, producing immersive experiences, raising funding for the arts and have connections to many art spaces around the world. If that is useful for future Hermanas projects I would love to contribute.
