I am a Mexican photographer, artist, and creative director based in New York City. I like to focus on creative documentary style photography work. I balance it out with commercial clients to whom I advise, develop and execute visual concepts. I have self published 3 books, Muxelandia, Ruth and Diario Pandemia. I try to tell the story of the human experience through different contexts and cultures. I like collaborating and storytelling.
HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?

HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?
I really like enjoy my personal documentary photo projects and I also like to write (for myself).
HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?
I think I am lucky enough to be able to complete my art projects. Documentaries are an about diligence and immersing yourself in new cultures while also staying rooted within. I would be open to talk about how I am finding my own voice through my documentary work and staying grounded while exploring different environments.
