I am a multicultural and multilingual writer, with a passion for nature, dance, and satisfying relationships. I like to create trauma-informed spaces for people so they can experience connection in a way that feels supported. I enjoy deep conversations that spark new ideas. As an HSP, I am moved by beauty, which I find in sunsets, nature, and art. You’ll usually find me on a walk, in a dance class, writing on my desk, or travelling.
HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?
Diversity has always been part of my path. I grew up in a multicultural space, and learned to adapt to different types of environments as I kept on travelling and learning about places and cultures. I have continuously sought mentorship as to expand my capacity for understanding and navigating a variety of contexts. I am a very creative person, and I think that creativity and diversity keep weaving onto each other in my work.
HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?
In so many different ways, through words in my writing, through movement of different forms, and in the day to day, by thinking creatively about life.
HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?
I have been exposed to many different cultural and social environments and I have gained valuable skills in navigating them. I am a good connector as I can see things from different angles and wider perspectives, which enables me to find links and connections in different areas.
I also really care about the planet, and have done a lot of relational work. I see our humanness as a part of the natural ecosystem.
I can offer conversations to those interested in understanding the impact of privilege, and how to care for the places in which we find ourselves. I can offer guidance in navigating different cultures in a kind and respectful way.
