I'm Brazilian living in Lisbon with my German partner and two daughters. With 15 years of experience in corporate events and hospitality worldwide, we've settled in Portugal after living in three different countries.

In 2021, I founded Mind The Mom after experiencing maternal burnout, realizing the importance of self-care. I also became a certified Retreat Leader and started hosting retreats for Mothers & Children in southern Portugal.

In 2023, I earned my qualification as a Yoga teacher after completing the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

I'm passionate about personal development, mindfulness, and neuroscience, and I integrate these into my retreats to create an environment of connection, relaxation, and growth.

HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?

While I may not label myself as a particularly creative individual, I find immense joy in the simple acts of dancing, flowing through yoga, and creating art alongside my daughters. There's something profoundly liberating about losing myself in the rhythm of movement, whether it's through the graceful steps of dance or the mindful transitions of yoga poses.

Experiencing maternal burnout was a turning point for me—a moment of deep reflection that spurred me into action. It was amidst the challenges of early motherhood that I discovered the power of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness as tools for resilience and self-care. Drawing strength from these practices, I embarked on a journey to share their transformative potential with other mothers. This led me to organize retreats specifically tailored to nourish and rejuvenate mothers, providing them with a sanctuary to prioritize their mental and physical well-being. Through these retreats, I not only offer the practices that helped me find balance but also advocate for a culture of self-compassion and self-care among mothers, who often prioritize everyone else's needs above their own.
