HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?

One of the things I love most about myself and am proud to be is: open. I feel that being open is one of the most important things you can do in this lifetime. Open to new experiences, new people, new ideas, new places, new beliefs and ways of moving through the world. We learn so much when we expand beyond our own vision and perception, and allow ourselves to learn from others. Diversity is not just important, but absolutely necessary. Manu of the most beautiful experiences I’ve had have been found in ways or through people that I never could have foreseen or experienced had I not embraced diversity and “unconventionality”. I truly feel that unconventionality is often just a matter of perception, as in- something that’s “normal” to me may be “unconventional” to others, and vice-versa. I would hope that people would be open to me and receptive to me, so I will always be that for others.

HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?

Through writing, painting, singing, and speaking!

HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?

I feel that I could contribute to the program with my heart and spirit. While I am still, and always will be, learning- I do feel I have gathered a substantial amount of knowledge surrounding spiritual matters as well as mental health. I also have been studying herbalism and homeopathy, and have a decent amount of knowledge surrounding natural remedies.
