I studied Hotel Management and traveled the world working in different hotels. I started practicing yoga and in my mid twenties opened an organic food shop with restaurant as well as a center for yoga + many other therapies for 14 years. I became a Reiki Instructor and studied the techniques for Energetic Healing based on Barbara Brennan teachings. Some years later I came across Shamanic Journeying and dive deeply and became a Shamanic Cross-Cultural Practitioner through Institute of Shamanic Studies in Barcelona. Then Mother Cacao came to my life and I became a Cacao Facilitator trained in the Andean linage with my mentor Jemmita as well as Breathwork Facilitator with Catalina Rojas. After 20 years of experiencing the energetic world I offer my clients a variety of techniques to balance their inner and outer world, to nurture their soul and to become more a aware of their uniqueness.

I truely embrace it as my own story is a story of diversity. I was born in India in the ´70 and was adopted by a Swedish family who already had 5 kids of their own. At the age of 6 we went to live in Spain. Since then I have traveled and worked abroad for many years.
