I live between the Greek Islands and California - a bit of Mexico, always. I create experiences that transform people’s perceptions, expand their reality & facilitate healing. Always curious, always expanding. I’m nurtured by moving, feeling my body, being in the wild barefoot, cooking veggies from the garden, swimming naked in the ocean & playing with the animals. I was in the initial temazcal from which Hermanas Hermosas was birthed and love to see the network blossom!

Diversity is brought upon our individual capacity to tune inwards, pausing regularly to hear beyond the mind, the song of our essence and to let it play vibrantly into the world, like a spark of light beaming and igniting other’s unique songs to play a symphony in perfect synarchy .

I cook, I sing, I create music, I dance, I collect plants and herbs to make my own preparations..

I have guided hundreds of women in the healing of the relationship wounds and I'm so passionate about creating a new win-win partnership paradigm where all feel fully seen, served and received. The relationship becomes a vessel to experience our deepest capacity to love.
