Hi Hermanes - I'm Cari! A spiritual teacher, breathwork healer, trauma informed coach, dog momma, and wife. And my identity expands way beyond what I do. I'm a lover of life, doggie snuggles, being deeply immersed in nature, and surrounding myself with women that are change makers. A huge part of my mission is to bring more integrity, anchoring, and ancestor to the coaching and breathwork communities. To remember the lineage of the powerful work we teach, understand the world of trauma to better support our clients, and most importantly understand and master our own internal worlds.
