HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?

When it comes to others being unconventional - I celebrate it and am all about it. I'll cheerlead you through and through.
But when it comes to myself, I have an interesting relationship with unconventionality. On one hand, I want to just be my unconventional self. On the other hand, I want to belong. I have yet to find a myself in a place where I belong *because* I am my unconventional self. How does one be of their own world but still exist plugged into this world. Because at the end of the day the lights need to be paid. How do we stay true to ourselves inside while still existing in a culture that exists outside of us.
I think in my 20s I had more of a *fk it* attitude but now in my 30s, I feel the pressure to be more of a systems thinker. I am not sure this is my natural state, but maybe deep down in a spiritual way it is - if I just let myself.
HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?
I'm obsessed with the creative process - that's why I created a podcast about it (dm me if your curious / might want to be on it!).
But at my core - my purest form of creative outlet comes from writing. Here's an excerpt from one of my books about it:
Writing was a way for my brain and heart to come together, in a buzzing coherence, in a united bloom, in way no other action had dared to deliver; a love story of creative impulse and mobilized truth. In a time that I felt I could not breathe, writing was oxygen for my soul’s cells.
The place where my pen hit the page, that was home. And after all these years on the road, this was impossibly important. Writing: a home of my own. Borderless, boundless.
HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?
I think I excel at helping people bring creative projects into life. If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, stuck, confused, or just want to reach your next big bada$$ creative move - I'd be happy to help you think it out.
I am also good at helping people bring their passions/interests together into a creative project or direction. I will cheerlead you into creating what you've been wanting to create - just come to me.
I've also been through dozens and dozens of creative projects so I am very familiar with the ebbs and flows. It's not all sunshine, but there is a lot of magic and beauty.
I'm also really well traveled (50 countries, and lived in 8 countries on my own) so if any one wants to talk global consciousness, travel, solo journey, etc, I can def help with that too.
