I am a sustainable fashion-textile designer, educator and visionary, passionate about guiding others toward more regenerative and holistic ways of creating in this world. I educate and mentor others through workshops, courses and retreats, and I lecture at universities. I am finalising my PhD research, where I have explored these themes in more depth and developed methods to use with others toward more relational, place-based, holistic, and autonomous designing. I have 15+ years of experience working in the fashion industry in Australia, Europe and the UK. I thrive on seeing others connect to their authenticity and create from that place. From this, true sustainability can't help but emerge.

I've curated a list of recommendations for

HOW DO YOU EMBRACE DIVERSITY AND/OR UNCONVENTIONALITY?

I embrace diversity through a pluriverse. A pluriverse considers all ways of being in the world as valid, where we can learn from each other's differences instead of trying to assimilate one another. This is real diversity, when differences have space to thrive alongside one another just because they are.

HOW DO YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF CREATIVELY?

I express myself creatively through making art, embroidering, dancing... I love creating systems and concepts, interlinking ideas and fields that are usually separate. I love visioning.

HOW DO YOU THINK YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO THE COMMUNITY? WHAT DO YOU FEEL YOU ARE AN EXPERT IN AND COULD GIVE ADVICE TO THE COMMUNITY ON?

I can contribute to this community through my expertise in sustainable fashion-textiles and design, particularly seeing this through a holistic lens, which is barely being approached now. I would love to mentor and guide others in creating more authentically regenerative ways for the Earth, all communities and self.
