This day will be about creating a profound connection between body-mind and embracing the healing powers of nature. You will be guided towards holistic well-being through the synergies of herbal wisdom and yoga practices.After our grounding morning yoga class Sophie will take us on a Herbal Meditation Walk to connect with and forage some local plants. We will enjoy a delicious vegan brunch together and some herbal infusions from the healing plants from our garden. During this retreat: – you will nourish your body and embody the Earth element through a grounding yoga practice – you will awaken your intuition by tuning inwards during a herbal meditation walk and get to know the plant world through tasting and foraging – you will become more present through mindful practices
