Hi, I’m Silvia! I am a certified executive coach, former business operator, and Harvard Educated I/O psychologist who specializes in organizational behavior and leadership development. I am based in many places, and work with CEOs in the US (SF, LA, NYC, Miami) and across Europe. I am a long-term traveler (most of my life). I live everywhere and really nowhere; I love kitesurfing. Yoga and meditation keep me grounded. I aim to live a life with a quiet mind and open heart. I am curious about others and also need my space often. I dream of a house on hills with horses, time to paint, and people I love.
