Inspiration—and the freedom to follow it—are two most important things for me.
My major areas of interest through the years:
+ Aesthetics, design, arts and crafts (appreciating and making!)
+ Indie brands and commercial creativity
+ Plants, ethnobotany, herbalism and folk wisdom.
+ Spiritual practice (syncretic in nature).
+ Social justice, intersectional feminism, political and economic critique.
That’s an interesting one. While I appreciate the vast variety of expressions, at a deeper level, the best things are the same across cultures—wisdom, kindness, and community.
