Hola! I am a queer abstract painter from Berlin, living most of the time in Mexico City. I love to move - to dance, do yoga, travel around, to have beautiful deep conversations and to cook healthy and holistic meals. Also obsessed with fruits, interior design and everything beautiful. I come from the world of fashion and have made the change to becoming a painter and in that also becoming more authentic and true to who I am. It’s a process and I am so exited for everything that is to come. Bringing joy, love and beauty into this world and inspiring others to live their truth is what really moves me. I am a Projector (Human Design) and it fills me up so much to help, support and advise others.
Growing up I was surrounded by a very diverse group of people so I only understood later around the time becoming a teenager that the flip side of inclusivity and diversity exist. It’s been a big topic since then, first being in a state of anger it moved into educating myself more over the years, being aware of my place and my privilege and trying to either use it to push others with me along the way up, creating spaces and knowing when to let others shine. I think one of the main topics for me at the moment is educating the people around me that racism, otherism etc exists in so many ways than just the obvious and is so rooted within our societies and languages that it is on us to actively be aware, create change and actively create inclusion. On the topic of unconventionality - let's be the ones creating our own paths instead of walking the ones which existed for decades! :)
