Went to live in Germany for a year at the age of 17 while all my friends and classmates started their first university year back in Moscow. Impact on me: it has separated me from my family home and cultivated independence, made me extra adaptable to changes in life. Impact on others: I started being seen as different, adventurous and as a global citizen.
