As a seeker of truth, my path in life has taken unimaginable turns guided by the heart, and so far has been a beautiful journey. It has brought me to believe in community, that we are meant to share our lives in a meaningful and joyous way, radiantly healthy, honoring our connection to all things. Training and practice of hatha yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Sufi music and dance, Turkish sound therapy, meditation, devotional chanting, doula work, Mayan abdominal massage, herbalism, temazcal, women's circles, natural birth and motherhood comprise a plethora of experience to hold space for transformation. As a multi-instrumentalist, I have been guiding sound journeys since 2014 at wellness centers, retreats, and gatherings in Tulum, Europe and Turkey. I handcraft unique lightweight and highly resonant tunable frame drums. I love to gather at the full moon and inspire others to live singing.
Turning within to one's heart to guide the way, we each take our unique stance in this life. My talents are aimed at encouraging each person to connect with that inner guidance. Allow their unique facet on this diamond of existence to shine. My path has taken me to experience many cultures and their gifts have flavored my being to who I am today. In gratitude for all that I have learned and shared, and for all that is to come.
