I lived in NYC for 10 years, and have been more seasonal over the past three years. I split my time between Brooklyn,Mexico City, Oaxaca, and sometimes Europe. I have worked in digital marketing and social media for 10 years.
My passions and career have been in wellness and community building since before I graduated with a psychology degree.
As I view my passions altogether, I can see the thread for me is “altered states of transformation.” After years of intense meditation, tantric yoga, plant medicine ceremonies, planning an annual parade in NYC to create a portal of beauty and joy in public space, and working in the psychedelics industry, I continue to be in service to creating spaces of healing, joy, beauty, and truth.
I truely live through the heart and have spent years cultivating a relationship with my body and intuition. I enjoy putting myself in different situations and expanding by challenging my world view.
