My life is devoted to walking the talk. A role model and a student I share the wisdoms that have been passed to me, so that I could heal and thrive, and so the next generations can heal and thrive.
Sound and embodiment through movement, art and nature have been my master teachers. As well as betrayal, depression and burn out.
Together we rise 💛 I live in sync with the moon and sun and hold our Mother Earth as my most precious resource.
A master was once asked, ‘How do we get on better with others?’
The master answered, ‘There are no others.’
