From creative consulting to coaching to writing to people watching, one thing drives all that I do: an appreciation for human existence. While I am a business owner, I define myself by the true things that matter in life…reading, starting conversations on my Substack, dancing, bringing others together, recording moments of joy on my camcorder.

After spending 5 years in NYC, I am making CDMX home base in spring of 2024.

After teaching yoga and embodiment for over 10 years, I became a clinical therapist whose practice combines trauma-informed somatics, mindfulness, and movement as medicine. I have been able to work with some of the most amazing people and places over my time in the wellness industry, partnering with major brands globally. I most identify with being a writer, a dreamer, and a lover. I currently have a book coming out in Fall 2024, and am excited to share more here.

From Paris to NYC to Tulum to India & Israel, I have been traveling the world to learn ancient mystical knowledge of different tradition (Yoga, Taoism, Tantra, Kabbala and Esoteric Practices).
